FAQ
An active client is a person who has been assigned an active nutritional plan or for whom activities are taking place during the current billing period (e.g., adjustments to the nutritional plan, biomarker uploads). Inactive clients are not counted.
Yes. The EVER app is permanently free for clients to use. Clients do not pay any app fees, regardless of the expert's chosen plan.
Yes. Each individual biomarker counts as one upload. Multiple values from a lab report are recorded individually.
The Light plan is suitable for professionals who create nutritional plans manually and primarily want to use EVER for structured recommendations and processing. With the Light plan, work is mostly done manually. The paid plans offer automatic biomarker analysis and structured nutritional plans to save time and efficiently support more clients.
Yes. Switching to a higher or lower plan is possible at any time. Billing is prorated for the billing period.
Additional active clients are billed transparently on a monthly basis. There are no automatic upgrades without your action.
Yes. All paid plans can be tested free of charge and without obligation for 7 days. You don't need a credit card for this. After the trial period, you can choose your plan or continue with the free Light plan.
