To effectively pass on this way of thinking, he initiated the M3 Mentoring Program several years ago. The vision behind it: to provide therapists in the field of functional medicine with in-depth training and to systematically make his knowledge, accumulated over decades, accessible. In terms of depth, structure, and ambition, this program is unique in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Early on, Christian tried to support his work with targeted nutritional supplements – but never found products that truly met his therapeutic requirements. Either sensible combinations were lacking, the dosages were incorrect, or the quality was insufficient.

The consequence was clear: if the right products don't exist, you have to develop them yourself. 

This is how MITOcare came about – practical, therapeutically oriented, and consistently focused on quality and structure. This attitude continues to shape the company today and also reflects Christian's strong entrepreneurial mindset.
