The EVER Partner Program
As of April 2026
The EVER partner program stands for fair and transparent collaboration between professional users and selected manufacturers of high-quality micronutrients. EVER provides the digital platform through which tested products can be integrated, shared, and used safely.
Experiences and feedback from our partners are continuously incorporated into the further development of our product range and service quality in the area of general health promotion. This does not constitute medical advice or therapy recommendations.
1Participation in the EVER partner program
The EVER partner program is aimed exclusively at members of the health professions (“professional circles”) as defined in the German Medicines Advertising Act (HWG).
- Participation is free of charge; there are no license, administration or registration fees.
- The use of the program does not create any mediation, conclusion or reporting obligations towards EVER or end customers.
2Commissions for the referral model (in-app/logs) – up to 15%
Professional users can create product recommendations in the form of protocol templates within the EVER app and make them available to their clients or patients.
If a purchase is made in the EVER shop via the provided link, the specialist receives a manufacturer-dependent commission of up to 15% on the net product value.
This commission is solely for the compensation of product recommendations and does not constitute a medical service, treatment, or therapy decision.
The decision regarding the selection and application of the products lies entirely with the professional or the clients.
3Purchase for personal use or resale – up to 25%
As an alternative to the referral commission, professional users can purchase products in the EVER shop for their own use or for resale in their own practice.
In this case, EVER grants a purchase discount of up to 25% on the manufacturer's recommended retail price.
When reselling the products, professional users act on their own account and at their own risk. No trading or supply relationship is established between EVER and the patients/clients.
The products are dietary supplements or wellness/lifestyle products; they do not replace medical diagnosis or therapy.
4Goal & Benefits
The discount is intended for
- Recognition of professional advice on the responsible use of food supplements (e.g., recommended intake, duration of use, possible interactions),
- Coverage of organizational expenses (ordering, warehousing, accounting),
- voluntary participation in anonymous feedback sessions for product development,
- Contributing to the improvement of the EVER service through practical feedback.
5Terms & Compensation for In-App / Logs
- You will receive a flat-rate revenue share on the net sales volume of orders placed via your active order link from a nutrient protocol in the EVER app.
- Only products that are part of an active nutrient protocol created by you are eligible for reimbursement.
- Orders placed outside of such a protocol – e.g. via the EVER Shop without reference to an active protocol – are not eligible for reimbursement.
- The stake is product- and manufacturer-specific and amounts to up to 15%.
- Billing is done monthly; payouts are possible from a balance of €100, transparently viewable in the app.
6Termination
Participation in the EVER partner model can be terminated in writing at any time, without notice and without giving reasons
7Participation & Activation of the Partner Program
Participation in the EVER partner program is not automatic. Therapists must actively join – either
- by ticking a box during registration and accepting the EVER terms and conditions or
- You can change it later via the settings in the EVER app.
Revenue from orders placed by assigned clients will only be reimbursed after successful registration (date of registration)
Sales made before joining cannot be taken into account retroactively .
8Benefits & Discounts
- Clients (end users) receive up to 10% discount on their purchases in the EVER Shop (also depending on the manufacturer).
- Therapists receive a sales-based commission.
- EVER itself retains a fixed percentage to cover platform, payment and service costs.
- EVER will a maximum of 25% of the manufacturer's discount for discount and participation models.
9General information
- Entrepreneurial freedom without financial risk.
- No license or membership fees.
- EVER is not a medical device; all content and functions are intended exclusively for healthcare professionals as defined by the German Medicines Advertising Act (HWG).
